My name is Glen. Welcome to Retail Asset Protection. I’ve spent more than 25 years working in retail, with much of that time focused on Asset Protection.
From theft and investigations to operational controls, auditing, and training, I’ve learned that effective Asset Protection is about people, good processes and making smart decisions.
Today my role has grown into retail operations and real estate, work I genuinely enjoy and have learned a lot from. But I still miss the coaching, walking store floors, sitting down with associates and managers, and helping them get sharper and more confident in their Loss Prevention skills. I also love developing Asset Protection professionals into stronger future leaders.
I created Retail Asset Protection so I can keep doing the part of my job I’ve always loved the most, sharing my knowledge in a practical way and helping people build safer, stronger stores.
